Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling animations and motion content that communicate ideas clearly and creatively. This role blends design, animation, and storytelling to support branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Design & Animation

• Design and animate motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and video content.

• Create 2D animations, kinetic typography, logo animations, and explainer videos.

• Ensure animations align with brand identity, tone, and campaign objectives.

2. Creative Execution

• Translate creative briefs and scripts into engaging visual animations.

• Develop storyboards, mood boards, and animation concepts when required.

• Maintain consistency in style, colors, typography, and motion principles.

3. Post-Production Support

• Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics into videos.

• Add transitions, effects, lower thirds, intros, outros, and overlays.

• Optimize animations for different platforms and formats.

4. Platform Optimization

• Adapt motion content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads).

• Ensure correct aspect ratios, durations, file sizes, and export settings.

• Follow platform-specific best practices for performance and engagement.

5. Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with designers, marketers, content writers, and account managers.

• Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

• Stay updated with motion design trends and new techniques.
