1.    Set, customize and implement the suitable standards for mobile applications & Backend development and ensure that mobile applications & Backend development life cycle is running effectively.
2.    Build an interface for mobile applications as per the design produced by UI/UX Designer and user experience for each required platform.
3.    Build code and customize mobile applications for all required platforms according to design documents and assure its compliance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
4.    Conduct unit test for developed mobile applications and follow up integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with MIS Testing team.
5.    Maintain and update Section’s technical documentations.
6.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
7.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
8.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System
