Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to take ownership of our Flutter-based mobile applications and help us build secure, scalable, and high-performance FinTech products. You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and security teams to deliver production-grade financial features used by real customers at scale.

This role goes beyond “writing UI”. You will influence architecture decisions, performance optimization, security practices, and mobile release processes. You are expected to mentor junior developers and raise the overall engineering bar.

In this role, you will build features such as digital wallets, KYC flows, transaction histories, QR payments, push notifications, and real-time status tracking—where correctness and reliability matter more than flashy animations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain production Flutter applications for iOS and Android

• Own the mobile architecture (state management, modularization, networking, error handling)

• Implement secure FinTech features such as authentication, OTP flows, encrypted storage, and transaction workflows

• Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts, versioning, and error strategies

• Integrate third-party SDKs (payment gateways, analytics, Firebase, biometric auth)

• Ensure high performance, smooth UI, and minimal memory usage on low-end devices

• Lead code reviews and enforce clean code and best practices

• Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions

• Manage app releases, versioning, and store submissions (App Store & Play Store)

• Participate in incident debugging, production monitoring, and post-mortems
