The Mechanical Engineer will play a dual-role position, supporting both the company's Machinery Trading Division and its internal Production Department. The position is responsible for the installation, commissioning, dismantling, maintenance, and technical support of embroidery, sewing, and textile machinery supplied to customers, while also ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, and optimization of the company's production line. The role requires strong technical expertise in embroidery and sewing machines, the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, and the capability to provide professional technical support to both internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, test, and demonstrate machinery supplied to customers.
• Conduct machine dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation when required.
• Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting services.
• Train customer operators and technicians on machine operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical issues, warranty claims, and spare parts requirements.
• Conduct technical inspections and prepare service reports for customers.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the company's embroidery, sewing, and textile production machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues affecting production.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Support production teams with technical guidance and equipment optimization initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records and manage critical spare parts requirements.
