Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP-BIM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP-BIM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and a proven ability to deliver projects within specified timelines.

You will be responsible for comprehending project requirements, troubleshooting technical challenges, and consistently achieving exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• MEP System Design: Design HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems for diverse industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
• BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit MEP.
• 2D & 3D Drafting: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with varying Levels of Development (LOD).
• Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate with other trades, generate design drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Advanced Modeling: Perform point cloud modeling and create custom Revit families.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough self-quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of designs,
• Client Collaboration: Translate client requirements into precise and effective drawings.
