As Hatahet Group continues to expand across FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, healthcare, and consumer brands, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

This role will be responsible for leading marketing activities across both international and local brands, supporting market growth in Damascus and across other Syrian cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and brand strategies.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and market activations.
• Coordinate with international brand partners and suppliers.
• Manage digital, trade, retail, and pharmacy marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve brand visibility and market penetration.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance.
• Oversee creative agencies, designers, media partners, and promotional activities.
