NGN is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts from our office in the Damascus Free Zone. If you're passionate about B2B tech and know how to take SaaS products to market, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, on-site role.

As Marketing Manager, you'll own the end-to-end marketing journey from strategy and brand through demand generation and performance. You'll work hand in hand with our sales and product teams to turn marketing into measurable business results.

What you'll do:

• Strategy & Brand: Define and execute NGN's overall marketing strategy and manage our brand identity
• SaaS Go-to-Market: Build GTM plans covering positioning, messaging, and demand generation for our ICT and SaaS products and services
• Content & Social: Lead our social media presence and oversee high-quality content production
• Performance: Track marketing metrics against business objectives and coordinate across sales and product
