Core Purpose of The Job:

Providing leadership and professional accounting services to the organization with a focus on quality customer service to internal and external entities.
providing assistance in the performance of various finance and fund raising functions that play a critical role in the financial operations of the organization including supervision of accounting transactions, managerial accounting analysis and decision support, as well as the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other data.
Having a professional judgment when performing analysis and account management to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Task Complexity:
* Continuous reviewing and overseeing team 's performance on
matching AP/AR to GL, and the matching inventory Org to GL.
* Review and approve Team 's monthly reports such as Bank
Reconciliation Reports, Matching AP/AR to GL Reports &
Matching Inventory Org to GL Reports.
* Monitor and supervise the compliance to price list to all
invoices paid and approve the reported deviations by team
member.
* Monitoring the process of accounts reconciliations performed
by Finance to all distributors and major suppliers/contractors
accounts.
* Reviewing, overseeing and reconciliate IT monthly Revenue
reports with GL monthly Records.
* Reviewing, overseeing and reconciliate Cash Mobile Accounts.
* Provide guidance and supervise the technical assessments done
by team members on the Fuel Consumption, Network Performance
and Office Maintenance.
* Monitoring the provisions with no movements on semi-annual
basis.
* Suggest and assist with the implementation and adherence of
accounting practices, policies, and procedures that support
efficiencies.
* Prepare periodic management reports related to performance of
Financial & Operational Control Section.
