Job Summary:

The Maintenance Data Coordinator will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and analyzing all data related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and garage operations. The role requires strong analytical and research skills to ensure maintenance processes are efficient, cost-effective, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize maintenance data (invoices, garage reports, repair requests, spare parts usage).

• Track maintenance history for each vehicle using company databases.

• Research and compare prices and service quality among different garages and suppliers.

• Prepare maintenance reports and dashboards for management review.

• Coordinate with garages and internal departments to follow up on repair status and delivery timelines.

• Verify invoices against approved quotations and maintenance logs.

• Identify recurring issues or high-cost repairs and suggest preventive actions.

• Maintain accurate and updated records for all maintenance transactions.
