Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Specialist to handle day-to-day shipping, supplier coordination, and purchasing activities for our Iraq and Syria operations. The role focuses on shipment follow-up, freight coordination, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders (air, sea, land)
    •    Request and compare shipping quotations
    •    Track shipments and follow up on ETAs
    •    Prepare shipment documents (invoice, packing list, HS codes)
    •    Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing and order follow-up
    •    Support basic stock and inventory tracking
    •    Communicate with finance and warehouse teams
