1.Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, performance data, and Strategic objectives to identify skill gaps
2.Prepare the yearly training plan based on the conducted training needs analysis to cover business and employees’ needs.
3.Design and develop engaging training modules, workshops, and E-Learning courses tailored to organizational needs and select best external and internal training providers.
4.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.
5.Evaluate and Analyze training courses feedback to be the input of training programs and development plans.
6.Conduct Training effectiveness to measure Return on Investment (ROI) for courses, prepare reports, analyze and provide recommendations to ensure pursuing the set learning experience and results.
7.Check the requests and arrange for the implementation of rotation, internship, graduation project requests, Coordinate university student surveys and Syriatel referral training programs.
8.Develop Syriatel E-Knowledge Site by Planning and setting E-Learning courses, Books and E-books in line with the company's learning strategy and employees’ needs.
9.Design and Implement Comprehensive Onboarding Program including (Orientation, E-Corporate Awareness, Follow-up On-the-Job Training (OJT)) and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
10.Plan and prepare development tips for employees’ soft skills and in regards of Human Capital Management strategy and culture.
11.Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
12.Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13.Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
14.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
