UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely project delivery and effective resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor manpower and resource allocation.
• Support project controls and management reporting activities.
