• Support virtual environments (VMware / Hyper‑V) under supervision.

• Assist in installing and configuring network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi).

• Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VLAN issues with guidance.

• Support deployment of IT hardware including PCs, printers, and peripherals.

• Document configurations, installations, and network layouts.

Print Management & MPS Solutions

• Learn to install and configure print management tools (MyQ, PaperCut, or similar).

• Support integration with Active Directory and network environments.

• Assist in configuring secure printing, authentication methods, and reporting features.

• Help troubleshoot printing, scanning, and device connectivity issues.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide L1/L2 support for infrastructure and print‑related issues.

• Analyze logs and assist in resolving technical incidents.

• Support customers remotely or on‑site when required.

• Coordinate with senior engineers and vendors for escalated issues.

Security & Compliance

• Apply basic IT security practices across servers, networks, and print systems.

• Support authentication, access control, and secure data handling.

• Assist in compliance checks, documentation, and system hardening tasks.
