We are looking for a motivated IT Support & Network Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has up to one year of experience in IT support and networking. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and troubleshooting daily IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network connections and internet services.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Install and update operating systems and software applications.

• Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
