We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in networking, Microsoft systems, Linux, Mikrotik, and Cisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
