Job Purpose

To design, deploy, and maintain the company’s server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments, for both internal operations and client projects. The role provides advanced technical support, leads infrastructure projects, and ensures reliable operation of core IT services including Active Directory, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and enterprise storage.

Server Infrastructure (Physical & Virtual)

• Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox, etc.)
• Server hardware installation, RAID configuration, firmware updates
• High‑availability clusters and failover systems
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (preferred)

Storage & Backup Solutions

• SAN/NAS configuration and management
• iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB
• Backup systems (Veeam, Windows Backup, etc.)
• Disaster recovery planning and implementation

Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure (Optional but Valuable)

• Azure/AWS environments, virtual machines, storage, AD, and networking
• Cloud backup and replication
• Migrating workloads to cloud environments

Project Implementation & Technical Leadership

• Leading server infrastructure deployment projects end‑to‑end
• Preparing architecture diagrams, BoQs, and documentation
• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for technical support
• Providing L3 support for escalated server issues
• Ensuring project delivery meets timelines and quality standards
