Your Role in Brief:
As a Business Data Analyst, you will function as the main liaison between the Product Development Team and other Business Users. You will evaluate user needs versus system requirements to create solutions that support overall business strategies. You will design and build workflows, charts, and diagrams and make business recommendations accordingly. Additionally, you will develop systems for collecting, organizing and analyzing raw data. You will need a combination of business and technical expertise to provide the best possible insight.
Technical Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Managing users and user roles.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
- Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping develop reports and analysis.
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Partner with related departments on data analysis problems.
- Understand a problem from a business perspective, extract and analyze relevant data, and create a solution that would solve it.
- Mine complex digital behavioral data and transform it into actionable information.
- Use advanced data visualization techniques to communicate solutions to related parties.
- Provide exceptional service through professionalism, ownership and initiative.
- Understand customer’s business requirements and perform business analysis
- Providing technical expertise in data exchanging and integration with external systems.
- Hands-On Experience in data analysis, back end Testing, identifying complex data patters, advanced communication skills and tools, an exquisite learning experience in a progressive technologically oriented environment.
