We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-focused Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships Specialist to support the identification, onboarding, and coordination of content creators and influencers across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The role is execution-driven, focusing on implementing affiliate partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and optimizing performance to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant content creators and influencers across GCC markets and diverse nationalities.
• Evaluate influencers based on audience relevance, engagement metrics, content quality, and alignment with brand objectives.
• Conduct outreach and support the establishment of influencer and affiliate collaborations.
• Assist in negotiating affiliate terms, commission structures, and collaboration agreements under defined guidelines.
• Support the execution and daily management of affiliate marketing activities.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and follow up to ensure timely content delivery.
• Track influencer and affiliate performance, including traffic, conversions, and sales outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of partnerships, links, codes, and campaign results.
• Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and approved messaging.
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and affiliate performance.
