OSMEDIA is looking for exceptional candidates to join its team in a role that combines Inbound Sales and Technical Support, within a professional work environment that encourages development and growth.

The role will focus on dealing with clients who have been pre-motivated through marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Closing the Deals and providing a high-quality customer experience, in addition to providing technical support when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

* Fast follow-up and responding to customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
* Communicating with customers in a polite manner and providing the required information and services.
* Concluding conversations in an organized manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Providing technical support when needed to ensure a distinctive user experience.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing customized solutions.
* Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.

Working Hours:
* One day off per week (Optional: Tuesday or Wednesday).
* Rest of the week: From 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
* Friday and Saturday: Shifts ranging between 10 to 12 hours per day depending on the workload.

Salary and Benefits:
