We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the IT or software industry, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to support a dynamic team of developers, designers, and technical staff. The HR Officer will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical and non-technical positions.

• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment of qualified candidates.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and legal requirements.

• Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on employee development and training programs.

• Handle employee relations issues and promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee data in HR systems.

• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.

• Assist in organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events.
