What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and hire high-caliber candidates across all departments
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using your community, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
Manage end-to-end hiring: job posts, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding

Compensation & Contracts
Assist in designing competitive, fair salary structures and benefits packages
Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Culture & Employee Experience
Monitor team engagement and proactively suggest initiatives to improve morale, retention, and collaboration
Support conflict resolution, feedback loops, and recognition programs
Help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

Reporting & Insights
Deliver monthly HR reports covering: hiring metrics, time-to-fill, turnover, team sentiment, and performance trends
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring quality and employee experience
Track probation outcomes, promotions, and development progress
