About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at L-One Systems L.L.C. This role is critical in supporting our HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and maintaining a smooth workflow across various HR functions.

 Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
• Recruitment Coordination: Conduct initial screening and interviews, coordinate and participate in the final interview rounds, and contribute to hiring decisions in collaboration with other managers.
• Employee Attendance Management: Manage and approve employees' work schedules, vacation requests, and sick leave.
• Employee Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of company social events, and manage the fun planning committee to foster a positive and engaging work culture.
• Employee Benefits Management: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
• Reporting: Report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates and collaborating on HR strategies.
