Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager - Full-time office work to join our team at a hotel company. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure that HR policies and practices support the company's mission and values.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
