Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
2. Support new employee onboarding procedures and prepare required documentation.
3. Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases.
4. Track attendance, leave requests, and employee-related administrative matters.
5. Prepare administrative correspondence, reports, and internal documents.
6. Handle daily employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
7. Assist in organizing meetings, internal events, and company activities.
8. Coordinate with different departments to support operational and administrative requirements.
9. Follow up on employee contracts, documents, and HR-related processes.
10. Provide general administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
