About this role

The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the organization's marketing, branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement functions. This role develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the organization's brand, enhance public awareness, support strategic objectives, and drive engagement across key audiences. The Head of Marketing oversees all marketing activities, including brand management, digital marketing, public relations, content development, events, media relations, and market research, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives.

The role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, manage complex marketing initiatives, and deliver measurable results through data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
  •  Lead the annual marketing planning process, including objectives, budgets, initiatives, timelines, and performance indicators.
  •  Identify emerging market trends, audience needs, and communication opportunities to enhance organizational visibility and impact.
  •  Advise executive leadership on marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Establish marketing governance, policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  •  Ensure all marketing activities support the organization's mission, values, and strategic direction. Brand Management
  •  Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the organization's brand identity and market positioning.
  •  Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and communication standards across all channels.
  •  Monitor brand perception and implement initiatives to strengthen reputation and public awareness.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure organization-wide adherence.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  •  Develop audience segmentation strategies and targeted communication plans.
  •  Manage campaign performance through ongoing monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns effectively support organizational objectives, programs, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop marketing solutions that meet business needs. Digital Marketing & Innovation
  • Lead the organization's digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.  Oversee digital content planning and execution to maximize audience engagement and reach.
  •  Monitor digital performance metrics and leverage analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  •  Identify and implement emerging digital technologies and marketing tools.
