Job Summary:
The GSE Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used in airport operations. The role ensures all equipment is safe, reliable, and fully operational to support aircraft ground handling activities while complying with airport safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) such as aircraft tractors, belt loaders, ground power units (GPU), air start units, passenger stairs, and other airport support vehicles.

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, operational procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and equipment inspection reports.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely availability of GSE for aircraft handling.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and report requirements for replacements or procurement.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and workshop areas are maintained in a safe and organized condition.

• Support equipment testing and operational checks before deployment to the apron.

• Follow all airport safety regulations and environmental guidelines during maintenance activities.
