alameensoft is Hiring a highly creative "Senior Graphic Designer" who can take conceptual ideas/content and create stunning visuals in digital and online media (Desktop Apps, Mobile Apps, Social Media Platforms - Websites - Printing - Online AD Copies). 

Our ideal candidate can handle every step of the design process, from concept and pitch presentation to the final deliverable.

Responsibilities 

* Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling digital/online assets for various platforms, including: 

• Desktop apps icons 

• Web apps icons 

• Mobile apps icons 

• Social media graphics 

• Websites graphics and icons 

• Email marketing 

• Digital advertising 

• YouTube videos 

• Branding 

• Brochures 

• Apple/Google App stores graphics and screenshots 

* Collaborate closely with the account manager, content creator, and copywriter to create on-brand designs that effectively communicate brand messages, value propositions, and offerings. 

* Perform retouching, revisions, and manipulation of images. 

* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital design, user experience, and content production. 

* Familiar with using AI creative tools. 

* Ensure that design projects are completed with high quality, meeting the business objectives, and on schedule. 

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on deadlines and project requirements. 

* Update and maintain an internal library of designs, photography, and visual assets. 

* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. 

* Continuously improve and optimize design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality of output.
