We are currently in the process of establishing a new start-up "The Elite Outlets", which will be operating in Europe and the United States. Our Start-up is specialised in selling fashion products, such as but not limited to, apparel, perfumes, watches, jewelry, shoes, and many more.
Currently, we are looking for a highly-motivated graphic designer who can help us achieve our first phase in our e-commerce project. You will be dedicated to creating product design to publish on our website, this is a critical task since the items you produce will define the first impression of our customers, so, we expect you to be highly professional and creative.

Job tasks:

1- Your most important task when you start with us is to define the visual identity of our website. The website is almost finished but still has no visual elements; so, we expect you to propose the design principles that should be adopted for all product items' designs.

2- Converting plain product photos into higly attractive pictures that appeal to the customers. For example, you will have a photo that contain a watch with a plain, white background, and your task is to produce an attractive alternative that we can present on our website.

3- Designing the product "specification" photos and creating template for future use.

4- Coaching and mentoring future colleages. Currently you will be alone, but we expect to have more people on board if everything goes as planned.

5- Please be creative! We don't want to be a "copy" of another business, so we have a believe that you can bring creative ideas to make our website look just great.

6- Fluency in English is not required but preferable as you might be dealing with a lot of English content and maybe English-speaking colleagues.

7- You are fluent in popular graphic design softwares (ex: Photoshop, Illustrator,  AfterEffects, Canva, etc)

8- The job is 100% online, 9 hours a day (8 working hours and 1 hour rest at mid-day), so be sure you have a stable network connection and electricity. You can either work in the morning or in the evening, and we prefer the evening!

9- You will be dealing directly with the owner of the company.

Last but not least, we don't care if you have a university degree or not, however, you must be creative and highly professional.

As we are still shaping our culture, we cannot be precise about our working environment, but we can tell you that we possess international work experience, we value our work colleagues and respect them. Be sure that we will support you in each step in our company and we would love to interact as a family! 

The important thing for us is producing value. As you will be the first official employee in the company, you should expect additional pay raise and incentives as soon as we achieve our first phase from our project. However, we also expect you to act as a partner, we love it when we feel that you care about what you're doing as much as we do!
