Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of projects across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms.

This role requires a strong conceptual thinker who can translate strategy into compelling visual systems, while mentoring junior designers and maintaining high creative standards across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership

• Lead the design and execution of visual identities, brand systems, and campaigns
• Translate briefs into strong creative concepts and visual narratives
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables
• Contribute to the evolution of SO Media’s creative direction and standards

Project Execution

• Design across multiple formats: branding, social media, print, presentations, and digital assets
• Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and developers across all divisions
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management
• Prepare final files for production (print and digital)

Team & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews
• Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and clients when needed
