Program Overview:
The LATRO Graduate Resource Program is designed to attract, develop, and retain top graduate talent by providing a structured pathway into the professional world. This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and build the foundational skills needed to thrive in their careers—all while contributing meaningfully to LATRO’s mission and values.
Program Structure:
- Orientation (1 Week)

- Business Training (4–6 Weeks)

Eligibility & Application
- This No Fee Program is open to recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation)
- All those with a degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics will be eligible to apply.
- All new hires are required to use their personal laptops, as the company will not be issuing laptops for this role.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with telecom technologies such as VoIP, fiber optics, or mobile networks is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom and IT network systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic connectivity or system issues.
- Support voice, data, and internet services, including digital services.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and documentation of application activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical incidents and service requests.
- Assist in maintaining activities to keep system heathy.
- Provide end‑user support for telecom services, applications, and network access.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
