We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and trustworthy General Manager,  to oversee daily operations at our steel rolling mill. The GM will be responsible for organizational coordination, internal process control, and reporting to shareholders. The role does not include responsibilities in material purchasing/sales or finance/banking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the factory.
- Oversee departments and ensure alignment between teams.
- Report regularly to company shareholders on performance and challenges.
- Supervise internal processes, systems, and staff behavior.
- Coordinate with government entities, customs, and port authorities as needed.
