Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a growing team of software developers.
• Coordinate closely with Product Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders based in the UAE to align on project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Provide architectural guidance and code reviews across both backend and frontend stacks.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices, manage sprint planning, and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
• Facilitate effective communication across team members and departments.
• Own technical documentation, maintain development standards, and ensure best practices in deployment and DevOps.

Backend Stack Responsibilities:

• Support team in developing scalable server-side code and libraries.
• Guide the team in optimizing performance and conceptualizing data storage strategies.
• Support the development of fast, well-documented APIs to serve frontend needs.
• Oversee integrations (GraphQL, custom extensions), particularly in Magento 2.
• Tech Stack Competencies: PHP, Python, AWS Lambda, Magento 2, GraphQL, CI/CD

Frontend Stack Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of fast, responsive, and high-quality web apps using Vue.js.
• Implement best-in-class SDLC practices for frontend performance, UI integrity, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
