About the role
Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter apps (iOS/Android/Web) and the backend services that power them. You’ll own architecture, delivery, quality, and performance across the stack.

Key responsibilities:

• Ship high-quality Flutter features with clean, testable Dart (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider).
• Design, build, and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs (Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI).
• Model data and manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL; plus Redis/Firebase where needed).
• Integrate payments, maps/location, notifications (FCM/APNs), analytics, and auth (OAuth2/JWT).
• Set up CI/CD, containers, and cloud infra (Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ensure reliability (monitoring, logging, alerting), security, and performance at scale.
• Write unit/widget/integration tests; conduct code reviews and mentor teammates.
• Own releases to App Store/Google Play and handle incident response when required.
