Part-Time Full-Stack Developer (Remote – EN & AR)

We are building a fully customized job-matching platform (inspired by Indeed/StepStone) with advanced AI filtering that integrates listings from leading job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

🎯 Your Role

Design, develop, and code a scalable web and mobile application from scratch — no generic templates. You’ll work closely with the founder on a clear vision combining clean UI, backend logic, and AI-powered job filtering.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Frontend: React / Flutter / Next.js (open to your recommendation)

• Backend: Node.js / Python / Django / Laravel (recommend best fit)

• Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / scalable cloud DB (secure & fast)

• AI/ML: Experience integrating job scraping & AI filtering (bonus)

• APIs: Familiarity with job listing APIs (LinkedIn, StepStone, etc.)

✅ Who You Are

• Bilingual: English (spoken & written) + Arabic

• Male preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and commitments.

• Can propose scalable, clean solutions (not shortcuts)

• Eager to build a meaningful, long-term product
