About the Role

We are building an in-house team to continuously enhance and deliver ERPNext in a two-week sprint model, ensuring our platform exceeds business expectations. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in customizing, extending, and maintaining ERPNext using the Frappe Framework. While prior experience with Frappe or ERPNext is a plus, we value strong development fundamentals and a willingness to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules to meet evolving business needs.
2. Work closely with the Product Owner to translate user stories into technical solutions.
3. Implement new features, integrations, and workflows using the Frappe Framework.
4. Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
5. Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
6. Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and deliver in two-week sprints.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
8. Document technical specifications and maintain system architecture diagrams.
