1.Handle fuel distribution requests received from Telecom Technology Dept. and Engineering & Facility Management Dept.
2.Participate with Distribution HOS in the preparation of fuel distribution plan according to distribution requests and circulate the approved plan to Distribution Coordinator to proceed with proper execution.
3.Ensure the availability and validity of all required documents to facilitate the operation of fuel distribution to Syriatel locations.
4.Coordinate with Security Services team to ensure locations and routes security if needed. 
5.Escort Distribution Vehicle Driver in the fuel distribution visits, and provide support in handling the fuel hose and related operations. 
6.Monitor and follow up the daily visit vs plan, prepare daily report including the filling transactions, and provide it to Fuel Control Section.
7.Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8.Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
9.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
