Job Title: Flutter Developer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. A strong command of English and excellent collaboration skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and user-friendly digital experiences.

Working Hours & Days

• Work Days: Monday to Friday
   
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, GMT+4)
   
• Flexibility: Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but team availability during core hours is expected.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flutter App Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
   
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across a range of devices.
   

2. UI/UX Implementation

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually compelling and responsive user interfaces.
   
• Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms.
   

3. Code Quality & Testing

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Flutter and Dart best practices.
   
• Conduct unit and widget testing to ensure application reliability and stability.
   

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Engage with product managers, designers, and backend developers to align on technical requirements and timelines.
   

Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
