• Lead and supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Manage the balance sheet review and reconciliation of all major accounts, including banks, suppliers, customers, advances, accruals, provisions, tax balances, fixed assets, payroll liabilities, and intercompany balances.
• Lead and strengthen the financial controls across accounting, payments, procurement finance, payroll, CAPEX, fixed assets, tax, closing, and reporting processes and enforcing compliance.
• Direct CAPEX and technology asset accounting: review capitalization, depreciation,  and disposals; prevent unsupported capitalization.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of company-wide payroll transfers, and oversee the accruals, provisions, verification, and archiving of all Finance Department records to maintain a secure and auditable documentation system.
• Ensure payment vouchers comply with DOA, budget, tax; review bank reconciliation; coordinate treasury; escalate high-risk payments to CFO.
• Control the full income tax audit cycle, ensuring compliance with local statutory reporting and telecom regulatory financial requirements.
•Ensure accurate accounting for telecom revenue, revenue share, interconnection, roaming, dealer commissions, regulatory fees, and customer balances.
