Job purpose:

Responsible for the financial reporting made to the Grantor, lenders, shareholders and local/international authorities. Financial reporting consists of IFRS reporting, operational and financial reporting to lenders/Grantor.

Responsibilities:

1. Relationships with independent auditing firms are managed and contract processes are performed.
2. Manages the process of UCK’s and sister companies’ periodic IFRS reports.
3. Manages the process of Financial and operational reporting for GACA.
4. Manages the process of monitoring reports, which are loan agreement obligations.
5. Support is provided to the budget and reporting team.
6. Timely and accurate information flow is ensured from internal and external sources.
7. Manages the process of retrospective DSCR calculation for each necessary reporting period.
8. Every other similar reporting task is carried out.
9. Financial reporting packages and other information related to financial statements are shared with shareholders.
