We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join us in a 3 month internship and support the day-to-day financial operations of our fast-growing food delivery and wallet business.

This internship is designed for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to real accounting and operational finance work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

The role focuses on supporting transaction processing, reconciliations, documentation, and month-end activities, while learning within BeeOrder’s culture of freedom, ownership, and accountability.

This is not a classroom internship. The intern will work directly with live data and real business processes under the guidance of the finance team.

• Support the accuracy and completeness of daily financial records and accounting entries.
• Record operational transactions, payments, and adjustments in the accounting system.
• Assist in organizing and reviewing invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Support bank, wallet, and cash reconciliations and help investigate differences.
• Contribute to the reliability of financial data used for internal reporting and management decisions.
• Help identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and documentation issues and follow up with relevant teams.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operations, customer support, and commercial teams to clarify financial transactions and business flows.
