The role focuses on creating high-impact video content, especially Instagram Reels, with strong storytelling, visual rhythm, and trend awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging, cinematic videos optimized for social media platforms.

• Create high-performing Reels with a strong focus on reach, retention, and engagement.

• Develop motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects that enhance the storytelling.

• Reorder and fine-tune content to ensure smooth flow, pacing, and emotional impact.

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to meet brand and client objectives.

• Apply an understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and formats to maximize reach.

• Maintain high visual and audio quality across all delivered content.

• Organize and manage project files efficiently.
