Job Purpose

To market and sell the company’s machinery and generator products, expand the customer base, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

• Promote and sell machinery and generators to target customers through field visits.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities on a regular basis.

Sales Targets:

• Work effectively to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.
