As a Damazzle Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for using your knowledge of the company services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the company.
You’ll be serving as the point of contact between Damazzle and its clients.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase services. There is a wide range of duties in this position, and they are under the following main points:
- Deep knowledge about the company services.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.

3. Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports / Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders / Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize the features of our services to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, services, prices, contracts, and availability.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
