We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead our operations and build a high-performing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the factory’s daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving overall operational excellence. You will play a key role in establishing a strong, effective workforce and ensuring smooth, continuous production aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management  
- Supervise daily factory operations  
- Plan and organize production activities to meet targets  
- Ensure availability of raw materials and smooth workflow  
- Improve productivity and reduce waste  

2. Team Management  
- Identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment  
- Train, supervise, and guide employees  
- Evaluate staff performance and improve productivity  
- Resolve workplace and administrative issues  

3. Quality & Safety  
- Ensure compliance with quality standards  
- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures  
- Oversee quality control processes  

4. Maintenance Oversight  
- Supervise maintenance of machinery and equipment  
- Minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations  

5. Reporting & Planning  
- Prepare regular performance and production reports  
- Assist in planning and improving operational strategies
