1.    Conduct site survey to set the construction requirements of Syriatel premises and 
critical facilities  
2.    Prepare civil designs of Syriatel premises and critical facilities (New / Existed) based on requirements that are set according to site survey results, and technical studies received from Enterprise Critical Facilities Section. 
3.    Review structural design and Consultant reports prepared by consultant for Syriatel premises and critical facilities. 
4.    Review technical submittals (documents, drawings, etc…) prepared by providers or contractors and provide recommendations. 
5.    Coordinate with other sections in EFM Dept. to design and prepare for the implementation of construction and renovation of Syriatel facilities. 
6.    Set and review the materials specifications and BOQ’s (bill of quantities) of civil works based on design and send them to Facility Engineering HOS. 
7.    Prepare and review cost estimation based on historical data of civil works when requested. 
8.    Check and follow up civil works implemented by contractors in Syriatel premises and critical facilities through filed visits to ensure implementation of the approved design and engineering codes and apply final acceptance. 
9.    Carry out site visits regularly and when requested to check the structural situation of the facility in order to avoid any problem. 
10.    Inspect civil work materials in warehouse received from provider and returned from Syriatel premises and critical facilities when requested. 
11.    Prepare the terms and conditions of civil works & follow up the progress of new premises and critical facilities construction and existing facilities renovation and maintenance and escalate delays to ensure timely implementation of the related plans. 
12.    Participate with HOS in the technical assessments of relevant quotations and offers. 
13.    Follow up the progress of implemented civil works by contractor, report status and escalate delays.  
14.    Maintain records of Syriatel premises and critical facilities structural, civil documentation (drawings, standards,..) and update them upon any change. 
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
