• Performing gap analysis and documenting all user needs/requirements.
• Proposing better alternatives, either in Odoo ERP or in client’s business processes.
• Defining which requirements will need implementation, development, or both, and document the proposed solution.
• Revising functional and technical decisions with implementation team leader and developer assigned to the project
• Providing training sessions to clients, either online or at premises of the client
• Providing support to clients
