The ERP Functional Expert – Microsoft Dynamics 365 will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Working closely with the ERP Senior Manager and ERP Developer, this role ensures that Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is effectively configured, optimized, and aligned with business processes. The expert will gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and support end-users to maximize ERP value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ERP Senior Manager to define ERP strategy, priorities, and process improvements.
• Work with the ERP Developer to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and oversee customizations, integrations, and reporting.
• Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Projects, HR, etc.).
• Conduct functional testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
• Provide training, user guides, and ongoing support to ERP end-users.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process enhancement within Dynamics 365.
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and rollout of new features.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and system security policies.
