Core Purpose of The Job:  
Network Logistics Engineer is monitoring and controlling items related to radio, transmission, core and maintenance, as well as controlling, auditing and monitoring maintenance fuel filling plans from initiating until closing.
Task Complexity:

*Validate Technical PRs in alignment with the current warehouse balance.

 *Prepare technical inspection reports for all technical items in coordination with all concerned parties. 

 *Prepare quarterly disposal plans for technical items.

*Monitor technical slow moving items in the warehouse and put their plan in coordination with concerned parties.

*Monitor technical items balance in the warehouse and send the needed notification if we are facing a lack.

*Audit technical shipments and confirm related PO closure

*Prepare monthly & on demand report regarding warehouse technical items.

*Control and Administration of fuel monitoring automated tools.

*Regular monitoring and reporting for fuel transit and consumption

*Comparing filled-in quantity with tank capacity and the existing fuel amount in the tank

.*Identify fraud cases and escalate them by incident report.

*Perform consistency check between what filled-in and out of MTN strategic tanks and provide result and reports.

*Verify and confirm the fuel quantities as part of the maintenance monthly invoices.*Checking site’s on air hours provided by NMC team and comparing it with actual generator’s working hours.*Regular follow up for fuel replenishments.

*Monitor, check fuel filling plans and confirm their closure.

*Control and manage Amperes invoices (to check the quantities) including updating the database and evaluating the quantities vs. TCH availability.

*Update fuel tanks database in coordinating with maintenance area supervisors*Dashboard reporting. 

 *Report and escalate to power planning section the cases of high consuming generators to optimize fuel spending.

*Report on the fuel weekly/monthly network needs (sites and switches) and consumption.
