Job Purpose:

Facility Management:

Plan and lead the daily inspections, preventive maintenance & troubleshooting works for the Power equipment and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of Power systems according to FIRST EFM Standards

 

Project Management:

Collaborate in project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance

lead and oversee the power aspects, equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and provide power technical support and expertise

 

Engineering:

Manage power equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and ensure the overall efficiency and functionality of power components in the company projects

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement weekly work schedules for the Power Team according to the yearly project plan.
• Participate in preparing the terms and conditions of power works to be implemented.
• Follow up on power process on a daily basis on projects with the assigned senior power engineer and provide the needed technical advice for each project from designing, implementing & and maintenance work 
• Prepare and issue the weekly items withdrawal plan, review the power equipment stock report prepared by the power technician, and follow up on the replenishment of stock.
• Ensure the performance of power systems by reviewing the results of the power team field visit.
• Review reports prepared by contractors and request modification as required.
• Ensure solving incidents by following up on the problem with the concerned parties.
• Validate and study maintenance test results provided by the power engineer and recommend the needed decision of items' status.
• Participate with the procurement team in the technical assessments of relevant quotations and offers.
• Ensure the safety of all Power Engineers and technicians of the project.
• Prepare, measure, and evaluate activities & and individual KPIs. on a regular basis.
•  Participate in implementing the on-job training plan for any new employee to the section
