Job Title: Electrical BIM Modeler (ELV Systems)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with 2–4 years of experience specializing in ELV systems to join our multidisciplinary team. The role requires a balanced skill set across both AutoCAD and Revit MEP, with responsibility for producing detailed drawings, developing BIM models, and managing the end-to-end technical and material submittal process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed ELV system drawings using AutoCAD (block diagrams, cable routing, room details, schematics)

· Develop and model ELV systems in Autodesk Revit MEP including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, PA, and BMS interfaces

· Maintain models to meet LOD 300/400 and CAD standards at various project stages

· Prepare comprehensive technical and material submittals (product data, shop drawings, wiring diagrams) for consultant approval

· Update drawings and models based on coordination feedback and design changes

· Support multidisciplinary coordination with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines

· Produce accurate shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules from both CAD and BIM sources

· Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers to resolve technical issues

· Support preparation of as-built drawings/models and O&M manuals

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience as BIM Modeler or CAD Draftsman with ELV systems focus

· Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit MEP

· Solid understanding of ELV systems, standards, and installation practices

· Proven ability to prepare technical and material submittals

· Familiarity with BIM standards (LOD, BEP), CAD standards, and workflows

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

· GCC project experience is an added advantage
